	Booking Any registration online will be on a first-come-first-served basis and will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment by Colione Hotel. All registrations must be submitted with duly completed registration form. Payment Cash Payment will be made upon arrival at the hotel. Confirmation of Registration Confirmation of registration will be sent out via email. If you do not receive the said confirmation email, you are required to contact Colione admin immediately at (6374)424.1868 (office). Colione reserves the right to allow only confirmed registrants to attend the Event. Withdrawals/Refunds of Fees *Non-refundable. For any special circumstances please contact us directly at(6374)424.1868. No show of participant would not be accepted as reason for withdrawal/refund. Cancellation/Postponement Changes in Venue, Dates, Time and Speakers for the Events can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Colione reserves the full rights to cancel or postpone the booking under such circumstances without prior reasons. Every effort, however, will be made to inform the participants or contact person of any cancellation or postponement. Fees will be refunded in FULL if any booking is cancelled by Colione.
